Kürzlich hatte ich Gelegenheit, mich mit einer Scrum Masterin eines Start-ups auszutauschen. Sie erzählte mir, wie schwelende Konflikte das schnelle und flexible Organisieren von Scrum Teams behindern, und dass die Menschen fachliche Gründe finden, wenn sie nicht in einer bestimmten Konstellation arbeiten wollen. Sie erläuterte, wie Scrum Teams informelle Leader wählen und wie die Teams umso besser funktionieren, je kooperativer der Führungsstil des informellen Leaders ist. Auch die jungen Mitarbeiter würden sich schwer tun, über Konflikte zu reden, sie würden stattdessen einfach mit den Füßen abstimmen.
